What venue partners ask first.

Do we need to own any AV equipment to partner?+

No. We bring exactly what each event needs and take it away after — from a single microphone and speaker to full production. If you do have in-house gear, we can run it for you or fold it into a larger setup.

What does it cost our venue to partner?+

Nothing to set up the partnership. We quote each event individually for the client, and venue partners can earn a referral fee on bookings they send our way. It's designed to add a revenue line, not a cost.

Are you insured and able to provide a COI?+

Yes. NextLevel is fully insured and COI-ready. We provide certificates of insurance and additional-insured naming to match whatever your venue's contracts require.

Can you just send a technician, or is it always full production?+

Either. You can book a tech for the day to run your existing setup, full production when an event outgrows the room, or an AV refresh of your in-house system — mix and match per event.

What areas do you serve?+

We're based in San Jose and serve the South Bay and Santa Cruz County, plus the greater Bay Area for larger productions.
